Prompt

Recreate the uploaded photo as a still frame from a 1990s home camcorder: same person, same face, sitting cross-legged on a carpet in a 90s teenage bedroom with a boxy CRT television, a corded phone, posters on the wall and glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling. Soft video blur, colour bleed, scan lines and a "PLAY" text and timestamp overlay in the corner.
