Prompt

Turn the person from the uploaded photo into a glowing neon sign mounted on a dark brick wall. Keep the person's face and likeness recognisable from the uploaded photo. Bent glass tubes in [pink and electric blue] trace the outline of the face and hair, with a cursive word "[NAME]" underneath. Soft glow and light spill on the bricks, visible mounting brackets and cables.
