The AI celebrity autograph trend makes you famous for eight seconds. Upload one photo and you get a phone video shot by a fan behind the barrier outside a glamorous hotel at night: you walk out through the glass doors with two bodyguards, the crowd screams and holds up glowing phones, and you stop, take a fan's pen and notepad, sign it with a flourish and walk on. It looks exactly like a clip from a premiere night, except the star is you. The trend started as a CapCut AI photo template in August 2026, with a sample line in German that translates as "Mom, look, your son made it". On 13 August a tutorial opened with a woman in a blue print jumpsuit leaving a hotel and signing a fan's notepad. Within a week the format exploded under many names: a "celebrity signature" tutorial from 21 August passed 4.2 million views, a red-carpet version passed 2.6 million in September, and English posts called it "watch my fans bro". In mid-October a fan-meeting version brought it back again. You become the star; no real celebrity appears. The template runs in two steps: an image model builds the hotel exit from your photo, then a video model plays the walk, the crowd and the autograph with sound. The clip is 8 seconds, vertical and watermark-free. The trend videos on this page are credited to their creators; the poster image is AI-generated. ## Why it works The clip is filmed from the fan's side: a shaky phone, a hand holding out a notepad, a wall of phones and screams. That point of view is what makes celebrity arrival videos feel real, and the template copies it, so the joke lands even before anyone notices that the star is you. ## Versions of the trend The hotel exit with the autograph is the original and the most copied. Later waves moved the scene to a red carpet and to a fan meeting at a signing table. This template makes the hotel exit; the signature moment is the same in all of them. ## How to use it 1. Open https://soracai.com/ai-celebrity-autograph and upload a photo (Your photo). 2. Press Generate (140 credits, shown on the button before you run it). 3. Wait one to three minutes; the result is also saved to My Creations. 4. Download the MP4 without a watermark. Failed runs are refunded automatically. ## Examples - Example result: https://soracai.com/media/templates/ai-celebrity-autograph/poster.avif ## This trend on Instagram & TikTok - @iqdmxe7 (Trend video), TikTok, 2026-08-21: The celebrity signature tutorial. 4,203,353 views, 191,499 likes. Upload one clear photo of yourself and press Generate. You get an 8-second video of you leaving a hotel at night past cheering fans and signing a fan's notepad. ### Is it free? Video templates use paid credits. New accounts get free credits for photo templates only. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you confirm. ### Is this the "watch my fans bro" trend? Yes. The same template went around as watch my fans bro, the celebrity signature trend and the celebrity autograph trend. ### Does it put a real celebrity in the video? No. You are the star. The fans and bodyguards are made up, and no real celebrity appears. ### Can I choose what I wear? Yes: you walk out in the clothes from your photo, so upload a photo in the outfit you want. ### Is there a watermark? No watermark is added to the video. ### Where is my photo stored? Uploads are stored in Firebase Storage (Google Cloud) under your account so the run can happen and the result appears in Creations. They are not public, and you can email support to request deletion. To run the effect, a copy is sent to our AI model provider (kie.ai); result files are kept for 14 days, so download what you want to keep. ## Related effects - [AI Hotel Lobby Video](https://soracai.com/ai-hotel-lobby-video): Upload two photos and you and a friend trade the Hotel Lobby rap verse in the orange studio booth, in sync with the original song. - [AI Police Arrest Video](https://soracai.com/ai-police-arrest): Your photo becomes a night-time clip of you walked out of a house in handcuffs, grinning like it was worth it. - [AI Cinema Breakout Video](https://soracai.com/ai-cinema-breakout): You sit in the front row and the train on the screen bursts into the cinema, stopping right above your seat. - [AI Photo with Celebrity](https://soracai.com/ai-polaroid-with-idol): Your photo plus a photo of your idol who agreed, merged into one backstage fan Polaroid. - [AI Portrait Generator](https://soracai.com/ai-studio-portrait): A magazine-style studio portrait from one photo: dramatic softbox light, charcoal backdrop, editorial styling. - [AI Flying Car Video](https://soracai.com/ai-flying-car): Stuck in traffic, your car lets out a puff of vapour, lifts over the queue and lands in the empty lane ahead. - [Giant Bed AI Video](https://soracai.com/ai-giant-bed): You climb onto a white bed so big it fills the room, crawl across it for ages and flop into the pillows. - [AI Ceiling Fan Outfit Transition](https://soracai.com/ai-ceiling-fan-outfit-transition): A top-down clip where every pass of the fan blade reveals you in a new outfit, five looks in 10 seconds.
